Noise Control 3D is an educational computer modeling program developed by Michael Salameh. The software topics are found in academic courses. It helps understand room acoustics and noise control in buildings.

The software includes the concepts and calculations of: Reverberation Time (RT), Reverberant/Direct Sound, Sound Transmission Class (STC) and Composite STC, Noise Criterion (NC), Balanced Noise Criterion, dB and dBA. The NC calculation uses transmission losses of the room boundaries and noise levels in adjacent rooms.
